Cohn firm, he tried both petitioner and
respondent cases.
1977 – Present - Richard formed a partnership with Samuel J.
Ruffolo and in 1983, the firm became Baum,
Ruffolo & Marzal, Ltd. Since that time, Richard W. Baum has
litigated both petitioner and respondent
cases to the Dlinois Appellate and Supreme Court.
Mr. Baum, also, specializes in representing applicants
before the Social Security Administration
who are seeking Social Security Disability.
